This will be our first lecture of our "Microswimmers" lecture series. Tom Montenegro-Johnson will give an introduction to the unusual hydrodynamics at small scale and physics of self-propulsion, relevant for biological microswimmer such as bacteria and sperm cells, as well as artificial microswimmers.
