- After an exciting, inspiring, and enriching 14 years in Dresden, the time has come for me to deliver my farewell lecture. Time to reminisce! What had brought me to Dresden in the first place? Which problems was I excited about? What were the "Dresden Years" like, and what has been achieved? Don't worry, this talk is going to be colloquial and light on the science. (Almost) no equations :-) But I will try to teach the basic concepts of particle methods. After all, you all know that everything is particles!
