- Description
- Odor sensing plays a critical role in environmental monitoring, industrial safety, and health-related diagnostics. However, the accurate detection and identification of complex odor mixtures remain challenging due to the diversity of volatile compounds and the lack of high-performance sensors. Our research focuses on the development of high-performance odor sensors through an integrated framework encompassing advanced gas-sensing materials, on-chip sensor arrays, odor analysis algorithms, and sensing devices for real-world applications. Through these efforts, we aim to enable sensitive detection and reliable identification of complex odors. This talk will present our recent progress in high-performance odor sensors and highlight their applications across multiple fields.
