Description

DRESDEN-concept Genome Center

Long-read sequencing for clinical applications

Long-read sequencing technologies are changing the way we think of sequencing assays. These new technologies allow to dwell deeper into the genome, explore formerly uncharted territories, and enable new findings in the area of genomics research.
This talk will highlight the potential of novel NGS long-read sequencing technologies in clinical implementation – and propose future avenues for medical diagnosis and treatment monitoring.

Webinar on Thursday, 27.06.2024 at 11:00 -12:30

Location: online (Zoom)

This Webinar is part of the NGS-CC Webinar Series on the use of Sequencing technologies in research. The NGS-CC consortium is funded by the DFG. We are happy to advise and co-apply with researchers on sequencing-heavy DFG grants.

We hope to offer you yet another great talk about the possibilities implementing novel NGS technologies in your research.
