- <p>On behalf of Prof. Andreas Richter, please be kindly invited to the following <strong>inaugural lecture</strong>:</p> <p><strong>Prof. Artur Erbe (Honorary Professor @ Institute of Semiconductors and Microsystems)</strong></p> <p>Title: „Integration nanoelektronischer Materialien für elektronische Bauteile und Sensoren“ (talk will be given in German)</p> <p>Everybody welcome!</p> Die Forschung von Prof. Dr. Erbe beinhaltet Schwerpunkte wie die Herstellung, Charakterisierung und Modellierung von Nanostrukturen und nanostrukturierten Kompositmaterialien. Als Honorarprofessor ist er am Institut für Halbleiter und Mikrosystemtechnik beschäftigt.
