- Why are there so few women in natural sciences? Why do more women leave academic science in their career? And how can we change it? In this seminar I will show scientific results shedding light on the answers to this question. The aim of the talk is to increase the knowledge and awareness about our scientific culture and the mechanisms that drive women out of science.
