- Description
- The transition from insulator to metal state was discovered in lightly electron-doped (x~0.01) cubic single crystal manganites and discribed in the model of homogenious metallic canted antiferromagnet [Phys. Rev.B, 2010. B 82, 180409]. The formation of metallic antiferromagnet at very low doping concentrations contradicts general ideas about manganites. The latter usually are magnetically inhomogeneous systems, in which percolation of ferromagnetic regions and consiquently metallic conductivity can be reached at x>0.16. In order to study these phenomena the 87Sr,139La, 55Mn, 17O NMR have been used. This complex study gives an information about the type of magnetic inhomogeneities, charge and spin denstity distibution and clarify mechanisms the metallic conductivity.
