In the two separate set of study protocols it was attempted to deliver (i) combination of two anti-tubercular drugs utilizing polymeric micelles for mycobacterium tuberculosis and; (ii) combination of an anticancer drug and siRNA using PAMAM dendrimers for advanced breast cancer.
