 ertebrate limb development. The aim is to understand it at the level of ge
 ne regulation but also at the level of the physical interactions between c
 ells. Dr. Sharpe’s group includes embryologists\, computer scientists\, 
 imaging specialists and engineers\, applying different methodologies rangi
 ng from novel approaches for data-capture (live time-lapse OPT imaging)\, 
 over finite-element simulations of the growing 3D structure\, to computer
