 Fax: \nDescription: A band with zero Chern number can host energy-resolved
  topological fine structure. We show that this structure can be controlled
  within a single isolated band by rearranging its Bloch-state energies alo
 ne\, without changing the underlying eigenstates. Using a two-orbital latt
 ice model as a representative example\, we demonstrate that tuning scalar 
 hopping changes the spectral localizer index inside the band while preserv
 ing its Berry curvature and keeping the interband gap open\, leading to no
 ntrivial chiral edge states within the band. Berry phases around closed co
 nstant-energy contours predict the resolved low-lying localizer levels and
  thus explain the presence of intraband nontrivial chiral edge states. Our
  work connects Bloch-state geometry to the real-space spectral localizer\,
  providing a route toward engineering topological boundary transport witho
 ut requiring a nonzero band Chern number. .
