mal sample preparation for flow cytometry – fundamentals\, challenges\,
 and best practices”</strong></p> <p>Dear colleagues\,</p> <p>We are plea
sed to invite you to our <strong>scientific-technical seminar</strong>\, w
hich is dedicated to the crucial but often underestimated aspect of sample
preparation prior to flow cytometric analysis and sorting.</p> <p>Flow cy
tometry is a powerful tool for single-cell analysis – however\, its accu
racy depends largely on the quality and standardization of sample processi
ng. The aim of this seminar is to highlight key aspects of sample preparat
ion\, identify common sources of error\, and <strong>present current devel
opments</strong> and <strong>best practice</strong>s from research and pra
 ctice.</p> <p>Topics covered in the seminar include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>
Single cell and cell nucleus isolation</strong></li> <li><strong>Special f
eatures of different sample types (e.g.\, blood\, tissue\, cell cultures)<
 /strong></li> <li><strong>Antibodies for sample labeling</strong></li> </u
 l> <p>Target audience:</p> <p>Scientists\, technical assistants\, and user
s from research\, clinical practice\, and industry who work with flow cyto
 metry or plan to use it.</p> <p><strong>Date: Wednesday\, September 3\, 20
 25</strong></p> <p><strong>Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.</strong></p> <p>
 <strong>Location: CRTD\, 2nd floor east\, seminar room 2</strong></p> <p>T
he seminar is free of charge and registration is not required. We are look
ing forward to your participation and to a lively exchange with you.</p> <
 p>Best regards\,</p> <p>Your Flow Cytometry Core Facility Team</p>
