On behalf of the Directors of UNU-FLORES and UNU-INWEH. Prof. Dr. Edeltraud Guenther and Prof. Dr. Kaveh Madani, we are delighted to extend our warm invitation to you to attend the official launch event of the Sustainability Nexus Analytics, Informatics and Data (AID) Programme of the United Nations University (UNU) on 27-28 November 2023 in Dresden, Germany. The event will mark the unveiling of UNU's new collaborative programme, an endeavor focusing on leveraging advanced data, cutting-edge analytics tools, and developing a network of leading AID experts globally to address complex sustainability challenges through a sustainability nexus approach. The two-day event will commence with an official launch and light reception on the evening of 27 November 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm in presence of the Rector of UNU and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Prof. Dr. Tshilidzi Marwala, as our special guest of honor. This will be followed by a full-day workshop on 28 November 2023 from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, providing further insights into the programme's structure, objectives, and the collaborative opportunities it presents.
