- Beschreibung
- Evolution has led to an incredible diversity of phenotypes in all species. Such phenotypic differences between species are due to differences in their genomic DNA sequence. However, while the genomes of many species have been sequenced, we know very little about what in the genome underlies phenotypic differences. In the talk, I will present a computational approach to study such phenotypic differences between species using the power of comparative and evolutionary genomics.
