The lecture "Introduction to mental health, burnout and practical implications for PhD students and Postdocs” focuses on the specific challenges and demands in academic careers. Information about the prevalence of mental disorders and possibilities of early interventions will be targeted as well as mechanisms of mental and social stress management in order to maintain the joy of research.
