The conference aims to combine frontiers of biophysics, chromatin and nuclear architecture. Ultimately living systems must be understood using biophysics and the conference aims for interdisciplinary juxtapositions of (i) single molecule studies with polymerases and nucleosomes, (ii) super high resolution and single molecule microscopy of chromatin, (iii) modelling of nucleosomal, transcription mechanisms, chromatin fibers and nuclear architecture with regulation through chromatin including epigenetics, chromatin remodeling and nuclear topology. A further aim involves advancing quantitation into chromatin research, which has been largely based on qualitative origins. By bringing together leading protagonists in several disciplines that do not often meet, the conference will promote cross-disciplinary collaborations and synergies. The conference will consist of Invited Talks, Talks selected from submitted abstracts and Poster Sessions. Registration fee is 50€ for students, 200€ for academic participants and 300€ for industrial participants. Registration is open since November 20 2017. The abstract submission deadline is January 12 2018.
