- Beschreibung
- Max Planck lived between 1858 and 1947 and it is remarkably, that the nearly nine decades of his life include four political systems: the Wilhelmian Germany, the Weimar Republic, the Third Reich and the still the postwar period; geographically it was focused on Berlin, the metropolis of Germany. But not only in a political sense his life marked the changed form 19th to 20 century. As scientist and “father of quantum physics” he also represents this turn, the turn form classical to modern physics.
